Well, we finished our first tourney this afternoon and it went really well. We had 5 players for a $25 buy in, and Hal emerged as champion ($90), with Schuldt coming in second ($35). We used the 2005 WSOP Circuit blind structure, with blinds increasing every 10 minutes. The tourney wrapped up in just over an hour, so in terms of timing it was great (didn't take forever, but also the blinds did not race up so quickly as to prevent us from playing some real poker).
Looking forward to a tourney with a few more guys -- maybe we can get 7 or so for the next one.
